✨ STEP 1: WRITE YOUR INTENTION

Begin with a small slip of paper.

Think carefully about what you want to bring into your life. Be specific about your intention!

Using your pen, write your intention in a drawing spiral.

Start in the center of the paper and work your way outward in a clockwise direction, writing your intention as you go.

In this method, the clockwise spiral represents drawing your desired outcome toward you and encouraging its growth and manifestation.

✨ STEP 2: FOLD YOUR INTENTION TOWARD YOU

Once you've finished writing your intention:

1. Fold the paper three times toward yourself. Each fold represents drawing your intention closer to you.

2. Turn the folded paper one-quarter turn to the right (clockwise).

3. Fold the paper three more times toward yourself.

The purpose of these folds is to symbolically draw your desired outcome into your life.
