There is a darkness that does not seek to harm, but to reveal. A place deep within ourselves where instinct, truth, and the untamed spirit of the natural world still dwell.
The Primal Veil was born of that darkness.
Crafted from deep red and black broomcorn, bound around the curved horn of a springbok antelope, this broom carries the energy of the wild. The horn serves as a connection to the natural world, reminding us that we, too, are creatures of instinct, strength, and survival. That beneath the layers of who we have become lies something ancient, something primal, waiting to be acknowledged.
The round broom style, with its flared sweep of bristles, is meant to help direct and move energy during ritual and shadow work. To reach into those hidden places, stir what has long been buried, and bring it forward into understanding.
For the witch who walks comfortably beneath the moon, who hears the whispers of the earth, and who knows that not all magic is found in the light.
Shadow work is not about banishing our darkness. It is about standing within it, recognizing the pieces of ourselves we have hidden away, and understanding that they, too, belong to us.
The Primal Veil is not a broom meant to chase away the shadows.
It is meant for the witch brave enough to walk among them.
