Not every fire begins with a blaze. Some are quietly sustained beneath the surface, drawing strength from places unseen before their warmth is ever felt.
Rooted Ember reflects the enduring nature of hidden fire. Branching strands of ember red, orange, and golden yellow weave through the black broomcorn like roots beneath the earth, suggesting the quiet forces that nourish resilience, purpose, and steady transformation long before they become visible.
Product Description
This handcrafted athame besom stands approximately 19 inches tall and measures approximately 10 inches across at its widest point. Primarily black broomcorn is accented with branching strands of ember red, orange, and golden yellow that weave through the broom like hidden roots beneath the surface. The handle is tightly wrapped with black nylon thread, allowing glimpses of the ember colors to continue upward through the neck.
Bringing two traditional ritual tools together in one piece, this athame besom pairs the broom's role in clearing unwanted energy with the athame's purpose of directing intention, creating a versatile ritual tool for clearing and focused energy work. At its center rests a ceremonial Goddess athame featuring an embossed handle and sheath with an 8-inch stainless steel blade. A stainless steel pentacle rests at the center of the binding.
Created for the keeper who knows even the smallest ember can carry enough strength to keep the fire alive.

To preserve the beauty of your athame besom, display indoors in a dry location away from prolonged humidity and direct sunlight. Exposure to moisture may affect the natural broomcorn, while direct sunlight can gradually fade the hand-dyed colors over time.
