A haunting ocean blend of sea salt, rain-soaked driftwood, and forbidden citrus—like a shipwrecked memory sealed in wax. Briny, bittersweet, and just unholy enough to feel sacred.

So, just Who is Rán?

Rán is the Norse goddess of the sea’s shadowy depths—the one who doesn’t rescue drowning sailors, but collects them. She casts her net to drag the lost and the unlucky into her cold embrace, storing their souls in the deep like shiny, screaming treasures.

She’s not here to coddle you. She is the storm, the undertow, the quiet voice that says “just let go.” If you hear the ocean calling and it sounds vaguely personal? That’s probably her.

Burning Tips (Soy Tins)

• Always burn until the melt pool reaches the edge of the tin — this prevents tunneling and makes your candle last longer.
• Trim your wick to about ¼ inch before each burn.
• Burn in sessions of 2–4 hours max for best results.

 Candle Safety Warnings 

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from things that catch fire (curtains, books, swamp moss, etc.).
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop burning when about ¼ inch of wax remains.

Inexplicable Things always recommends that you remove the charm, stones or any whole herbs prior to burning. Always burn your candles on sturdy, heat resistant surfaces or holders. 

Please keep an eye on your candle while it burns.
